Free Testing is built on the principle of mutual support. To ensure the system remains fair and effective, we use a Karma-based points system. Understanding how to earn and spend these points is the key to getting your 20 testers quickly and for free.

Every action you take to help another developer earns you Karma Points. These points act as the currency required to 'buy' testing slots for your own applications.
Ways to Earn Points
- Active Testing: Installing and using another developer's app for the full 14-day duration is the primary way to earn large blocks of points.
- Quality Feedback: Providing detailed bug reports or UI/UX suggestions earns you bonus points. Developers can 'upvote' helpful feedback, further increasing your score.
- Daily Check-ins: Consistency is rewarded. Checking your dashboard daily provides a small but steady stream of maintenance points.
- Referrals: Inviting other legitimate developers to the platform via your referral link provides a one-time significant bonus once their first app is approved.
Managing Your Testing Campaign
When you submit your app to Free Testing, your 'Karma Score' determines your visibility.
- High Karma Priority: Apps from developers who have helped many others are pinned to the top of the 'Available for Testing' list.
- Point Depletion: As testers join your app, your points are 'escrowed' (held). If a tester completes the 14 days, the points are permanently transferred to them. If they fail to complete the test, the points are returned to your wallet.
Professional Conduct and Quality Control
To maintain the quality of the community, we enforce strict guidelines:
- No Instant Uninstalls: Our system tracks app usage. If you earn points by installing and immediately deleting an app, your account will be flagged, and points will be revoked.
- Detailed Feedback: "Good app" is not considered helpful feedback. Aim for constructive comments like "The navigation drawer overlaps with the status bar on my Pixel 7."
