Karma Points (Utility Credits)
Karma Points are non-monetary utility credits. They are earned through labor (testing apps) and spent on receiving labor. They cannot be withdrawn for cash and are non-transferable between accounts. This ensures that the economy remains focused on developer support rather than speculation.
Professional Slots (Prepaid Services)
Professional Slots are prepaid tokens for our managed testing services. Each slot covers one complete 14-day cycle for one application.
Best Practices for Asset Security
We implement industry-standard security to protect your account, but you must also follow these local security protocols:
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): We strongly recommend enabling 2FA via a Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) app like Google Authenticator or Authy. This prevents unauthorized spending of points or slots even if your password is compromised.
- Session Monitoring: Periodically review the 'Active Sessions' in your account settings. If you see a login from an unrecognized IP or location, terminate all sessions and change your password immediately.
- Phishing Awareness: Official staff will never ask for your password or direct payment via third-party messaging apps. All financial transactions must occur through our secure checkout portal.
Refund and Dispute Resolution
- Points Disputes: If you feel you were not awarded the correct number of points for a test, submit a ticket with a screenshot of your Play Store purchase history for that app.
- Package Refunds: Unused professional slots are eligible for a full refund within 30 days. Once a test has commenced and testers have been assigned, the service is considered 'in-progress' and is typically non-refundable unless our success guarantee is triggered.
Planning for Scale
If you are managing multiple applications, we recommend purchasing 'Bundles' of professional slots. This provides a significant cost reduction compared to individual slot purchases and ensures you have the resources ready for immediate activation as each app reaches the testing phase.
